Double Close - a wholesaling strategy that involves two separate transactions on a home. A home-owner first sells the property to a wholesaler, who then sells it to an end buyer.

1% for 24-hour transactional loan up to $500,000


1.25% for 24-hour transactional loans between

$500,000-$1,000,000


1.5% for 24-hour transactional loans between

.5% for every additional day money

is held in escrow.

 

2.5% fee if there are two separate title

companies involved in the double close
